Group history and ownership:The Triana Group, Inc. was founded in 2008 as a corporation registered in the State of New York. Our initial investors were individuals originating from three continents; since then, our group’s and subsidiaries’ shareholder-base have continued to diversify and now include individuals and private equity holding companies based in the United States, Europe and the Gulf countries.
Project teams:Projects are typically anchored by a manager, director, and senior partner, who mobilize additional members and laser-focused contractors drawn from a pool of nearly 200 carefully selected executives -directly or most frequently through operational partners and sub-contractors- and who are primarily based in the larger New York region, Silicon Valley, France, Germany, and the Gulf Countries. Each operational team also includes a project manager whose entire role is to ensure timely and effective project completion, as well as overall quality control; several team members are Six Sigma trained. This optimizes the balance between: learning curve; shared skills, experience and resources; economies of scale; continuity, drive and coordination; and the array of highly specialized skills that each specific company needs depending on its exact product, targeted market segment, profile, strategy, and at each stage of its expansion overseas. This organization is structured yet nimble; it allows rapid deployment, scalability, efficiency, and most importantly effectiveness.
