SpagoBI, a business intelligence open source software company visits the Polytechnic Institute of New York University NYU-Poly as guest speakers with help from the Technology Management Department’s professor: Jabril Bensedrine (CEO of The Triana Group, Inc).

SpagoBI highlights the importance of open source software and development not just as a source of information, knowledge sharing and community development but also as a new paradigm of business innovation. SpagoBI demonstrated some of the uses of their software, explained its origin, its current industry clients and steps for the future and invites participants in developing modules for its software.
